The Oncology Treatment Scheduler coordinates and manages outpatient oncology treatment schedules, including physician and treatment scheduling, authorization verification, conflict resolution, appointment rescheduling and cancellation, and resource optimization. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, complex scheduling experience is preferred, and involves medical terminology, computer systems such as EPIC and Lawson, data entry, and strong customer service.
