Description
The One-Stop Career Center Manager coordinates and oversees workforce-service partners and resources, directs American Job Center staff, manages partner portals and performance evaluations, monitors customer satisfaction and evaluation metrics, ensures compliance with WIOA and other policies, and supports employer events and marketing. The role requires knowledge of WIOA regulations, experience managing coalitions and career counseling, a bachelor's degree or related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The salary is $55,000–$60,000 per year.
