Description
The One-Stop Operator will direct and coordinate the daily operations of a Middlesex American Job Center, overseeing workforce services, partner engagement, policies, performance, professional development, public branding, employer services, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The role provides leadership and functional supervision to staff and partner agencies, manages customer experience initiatives, and serves as a liaison to fiscal agents and community stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while experience managing people, facilities, and multi-partner environments is required.
