Description
The One Stop Operator oversees daily operations of a workforce center and a group of teams, including customer triage, referrals, service delivery, phone routing, facilities, computer-lab coverage, Wagner-Peyser and Universal Services, community partnerships, events, and performance monitoring. The role reports to the One Stop State Director, requires 50% travel, and is based in Central, Oklahoma. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of service-industry experience including three years in supervisory and operations management, strong communication and project-management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
