One Stop is hiring a permanent Shift Leader in Bognor Regis for a 24-hour shift. The role leads store operations, coordinates colleagues, manages customer service and queues, handles customer and colleague queries, supports the Store Manager, ensures safety and security, monitors replenishment and store presentation, and escalates issues as needed. The position requires strong customer service, communication, leadership, flexibility, and the ability to make efficient decisions in a convenience-store environment.
