Earthjustice is hiring a One-Year Prospect Development Analyst to support its Planned Giving team through portfolio management, prospect research, CRM data entry and hygiene, donor strategy coordination, reporting, and fundraising performance analysis. The role is non-supervisory, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, and may be hybrid or remote from San Francisco, Washington, DC, or the contiguous United States. Candidates need a bachelor’s or associate degree, at least four years of relevant experience including two years in prospect management, and expertise with CRM systems and advanced Excel. The role is intended to begin in December or later, with an application deadline of October 15, 2026.
