Alexion is hiring a fully remote OneSource Support Specialist covering Washington, Idaho, and Montana. The role provides high-touch patient and caregiver support across onboarding, benefits investigation, financial assistance, reimbursement, vaccination coordination, treatment adherence, adverse-event reporting, healthcare-provider coordination, and resolution of access or non-clinical treatment issues for rare and ultra-rare disease therapies. It requires an associate degree and 3–5 years of case management or equivalent healthcare, contact-center, social-service, insurance-reimbursement, or patient-advocacy experience, with preferred experience in patient support programs, rare diseases, pharmaceutical reimbursement, managed care, and infused therapies.
