Description
The OneSource Support Specialist provides high-touch, personalized patient support for Alexion Rare Disease patients and caregivers throughout treatment onboarding, adherence, financial assistance, coverage verification, community connection, vaccination support, and adverse-event reporting. The role coordinates with healthcare providers, insurance stakeholders, and internal partners; requires an associate degree and 3–5 years of case management or equivalent experience; is fully remote in the United States with an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule and up to 10% travel; and pays an annual base salary of $82,000–$124,000.
