Spaulding Ridge is hiring a OneStream Engagement Lead for its OneStream Delivery Team to manage relationships with enterprise-level clients focused on FP&A and financial close processes and solutions. The role oversees delivery of existing work, expands client relationships, advises on business processes, coordinates internal teams, resolves customer issues, supports new sales, and prepares progress and forecast reports. Candidates should have experience as an engagement or project manager in technology or management consulting, knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, experience with FP&A or financial close solutions, and strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; OneStream or similar cloud-based technology experience is a plus.
