Necco is hiring an Ongoing Licensing Specialist to recruit foster homes, manage ongoing foster-family relationships, recertify and retain foster homes, coordinate training, support referrals and placements, and maintain foster-parent records. The role requires a bachelor's or related human-services degree, at least two years of human-services experience, valid auto insurance and a driver's license, strong communication and computer skills, successful background checks, and willingness to travel or attend training.
