HeyGen is hiring a Community Manager to grow and manage its online communities across Discord, Reddit, and other platforms. The role focuses on daily engagement, creator relationships, campaigns, recurring events, content sharing, feedback collection, and collaboration with product and marketing teams. Candidates should have at least three years of experience managing Discord and/or Reddit communities, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with execution. The position can be worked in-office, hybrid, or remotely while employed as a contractor, with a monthly contract rate of $4,000 to $5,700.
