The Online Manager leads Morrisons’ online pick, pack, and delivery operations, reporting to the Store Manager. The role manages department scheduling, training, performance, customer feedback, order accuracy, resources, budgets, shrink, waste, and delivery standards while supporting a flexible team across shifts.
