LawDepot is hiring an independent contractor Online Notary Public to perform remote online notarizations for United States website users. The role involves verifying document authenticity and signer identity, administering acknowledgements and jurats, maintaining digital notary journals, communicating with customers, and supporting product testing and quality assurance. Candidates must have more than six months of remote online notary experience, Virginia electronic and commissioned notary certification, E&O insurance, and a working computer and high-speed internet. Compensation is $5.00–$8.00 for the first notarial act and $2.00–$4.00 for each additional act, plus $5.00 per witness session.
