Weber State University is hiring a part-time Online Support Technician in Ogden, Utah, for 15–25 hours per week during the Fall semester. The role provides Canvas Learning Management System support, collaborates with the Library and Testing Centers on digital learning and testing environments, remediates accessibility documents, and troubleshoots technical issues for faculty, students, and staff through phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-ins. Applicants must be current university students, have basic computer experience, and demonstrate customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills; hands-on training is provided.
