The role involves companionship, meal assistance, light housekeeping, simple daily-task support, and monitoring client well-being, with hands-on paid training and no prior experience required. Caregivers must be 21–79, have a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle, and pass a background check and drug screening. Visits range from one to four hours and compensation is a flat $25 for one-hour visits, $35 for two-hour visits, or $15 per hour for three- to four-hour visits.
