No prior experience is required because hands-on training is provided. Applicants must be ages 21–79, hold a valid driver's license, have a reliable insured vehicle, and pass background and drug screening; compensation varies by visit length, including flat rates for one- and two-hour visits and hourly pay for longer visits.
