Description
Assala Energy is hiring an Onshore Installation Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a production site in Gabon. The rotational, site-based leader will oversee facility integrity, HSE and environmental performance, production delivery and optimization, maintenance, emergency response, contractors, workforce development, operational continuity, and site OPEX. The role works a 28-days-on/28-days-off schedule and requires at least 10 years of progressive upstream oil and gas operations experience, senior site leadership experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and French.
