Description
The Plant Associate Recruiter leads recruitment for on-site production, quality, and warehouse positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring decisions, onboarding, I-9 and background-check support, and HRIS entry. The role also follows facility GMPs and supports food-safety and quality programs, with up to 5% travel. Qualifications include up to one year of post-high school training, proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
