Description
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist will operate high-volume 2D and 3D print and copy machines, troubleshoot equipment, provide customer service, coordinate service calls and job requests, maintain records and inventory, calculate service charges, and support building functions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant work experience, basic computer and MS Office skills, and strong communication skills; prior copy-job experience, electronics and copier repair knowledge, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance are preferred.
