HDR Engineering is hiring an Onsite Engineering Representative I to work full time at a large data center construction site in Lebanon, Indiana. The role serves as the primary liaison among the owner, design team, and general contractor during construction, coordinating design document revisions, reviewing construction documents, assessing conformity with design plans, facilitating daily communication, and performing field observation and construction-phase services. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology (or equivalent relevant education and experience), multidisciplinary construction experience, knowledge of construction contracts, codes and laws, construction drawings and specifications, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not available.
