ABM is hiring an Onsite Facility Manager to serve as the primary contact for facility management services across assigned facilities. The role oversees daily operations, manages a team of approximately 35–45 staff, leads preventative and predictive maintenance, maintains CMMS data and reporting, manages quality assurance and client relationships, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires 5–7 years of facility or operations management experience, experience managing large multi-craft workforces and large-scale facilities, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Korean manufacturing experience and Korean language skills are preferred, and the role may require early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
