Description
Safe Fleet is hiring an onsite Field Technical Support/Quality Control professional to deploy, support, troubleshoot, and maintain fleet safety products and solutions in the field. The role works with customers, engineering, support, and sales; performs firmware and software upgrades, device, sensor, and camera installations and maintenance on class 7 and 8 vehicles, verifies contractor installations, documents issues, and assists with customer training. The position requires vehicle electrical and networking knowledge, troubleshooting and communication skills, familiarity with JIRA or similar tools, and at least one year of mobile vehicle solutions experience.
