Description
The role leads onsite floor operations for robot data collection and production at the San Francisco facility, coordinating operators, verifying station and staffing availability, maintaining throughput and data quality, and resolving disruptions. It also supervises and develops operators, communicates blockers and status to research, hardware, software, and management, enforces safety practices, and tracks KPIs. The posting seeks a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Operations, or similar, or equivalent practical experience, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience and 2+ years managing shift-based hourly workers.
