Dedicated IT is hiring an Onsite IT Engineer to work full-time onsite at a client office in Vero Beach, Florida, supporting mid-market healthcare clients. The role provides end-user and executive IT support, manages enterprise desktop, Office 365, network, security, Windows, and virtual server environments, leads infrastructure projects, troubleshoots healthcare applications, and mentors team members. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of helpdesk or advanced technical experience, and healthcare IT or another high-compliance industry experience; MSP experience and relevant certifications are preferred. The position pays $70,000–$80,000 per year and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
