Excis is hiring an onsite IT Support Engineer L2 in Gronau, Germany, to provide customer-oriented desktop and peripheral support, troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, configure and patch systems, manage printers and network connections, maintain documentation, and handle incidents, IMAC requests, and project-related tasks. The role requires strong Windows, Microsoft 365, imaging, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory knowledge, along with experience configuring and troubleshooting desktop systems and printers.
