The role covers workplace and client management, installation and configuration of IT devices, troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, service desk collaboration, rollouts, standardizations, documentation, and compliance with IT security requirements. Candidates should have substantial IT support experience, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, experience with ticketing and monitoring tools, and very good German and good English skills.
