Description
Arvato is hiring an Onsite IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for onsite IT requests in first- and second-level support. The role covers workplace and client management, installation and configuration of IT devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, service desk support, rollouts, standardization, documentation, and compliance. Candidates need IT-related training or a comparable qualification, several years of IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge, ticketing and monitoring experience, and very good German with good English. The position is available at multiple German locations, including Dorsten, Dortmund, Kamen, Düren, Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Halle (Landsberg), Zörbig (Heideloh), Hannover, and Hamburg.
