ManpowerGroup is hiring an Onsite Manager to manage temporary staffing needs for a client, coordinate with the recruitment team, customize recruiting and retention programs, implement orientation for temporary associates, address personnel issues, anticipate customer needs, and build relationships with clients, candidates, and associates. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or equivalent, management or supervisory experience, and availability to travel to client business sites in the Greater Toronto and Area. The base salary is CAD 52,500 to CAD 87,500, with medical, dental, life, vision, extended health care, a health care spending account, a defined contribution pension plan with a company match, and four weeks of paid vacation.
