ShipBob is hiring an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Altona, Victoria, Australia to support partner fulfillment centers with inventory control, cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, merchant-facing issue resolution, and operational reporting. The role requires at least 2 years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment, proficiency with warehouse management systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite setting.
