Description
The Network and Telecommunications Support Engineer supports in-place and in-cloud technologies and users, manages voice and data networks, and installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and documents LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, telephone, firewall, and network-security systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, at least five years of information systems experience, extensive networking and telephony expertise, Fortinet and Cisco knowledge, and the ability to physically install and relocate network hardware.
