Fever is hiring an Onsite Operations Team Lead to coordinate and deliver high-impact operational initiatives, manage an onsite team, solve complex problems, and improve processes across cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, at least three to four years of relevant experience, bilingual Spanish and English communication, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
