Description
The role provides onsite support for operational technology and industrial automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, OPC/PI, communication modules, and related control systems. Responsibilities cover troubleshooting, incident resolution, system recovery, patching, backups, change management, diagnostics, programming, commissioning, validation, documentation, and OT cybersecurity. The position requires hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and Step 7, industrial communication protocols, validated environments, and GAMP 5/QMS processes, and is intended for production-critical onsite support.
