SHR Consulting Group is hiring an Onsite Program Manager to lead the contract team and program execution for IT support services supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency J6 Integrated Tracking System/Digital Mail Modernization environment. The role manages personnel, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, reporting, cybersecurity compliance, and coordination among Government stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and contractors. It requires at least three years of software project management experience, DoD IT experience, supervisory experience, and direct experience with ITS, BearTracks, and/or WebDOX. The position is 100% onsite in the National Capital Region, primarily at Pentagon or other designated government facilities, and offers a salary range of 130,000 to 150,000 USD.
