Description
Unisys is hiring an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise servers and next-generation AI infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing server hardware, installing and replacing components, performing rack-and-stack and cabling work, troubleshooting BIOS, firmware, operating systems, and server management tools, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and supporting on-call rotations. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on enterprise server or data center hardware experience, direct physical server hardware experience, strong troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to customer sites.
