Miltenyi Biotec is hiring an Onsite Service Engineer to serve as the primary technical representative at customer facilities supporting advanced biomedical instrumentation used in cell therapy manufacturing, research, and GMP environments. The role owns equipment installation, qualification, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, documentation, service requests, inventory, and customer communication, while collaborating with internal technical, quality, and sales teams. It requires a relevant bachelor’s or associate’s degree and 5–7 years of experience, strong electromechanical and software-systems expertise, GMP knowledge, and a driver’s license. The position is onsite, rotates between two schedules, and offers a salary of $95,000–$111,000 per year plus health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
