The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing printers and multifunction systems; integrating networks; installing drivers and software; providing technical support and end-user training; documenting work; and working independently. Candidates need relevant IT vocational training, printer and multifunction-system experience, networking and Microsoft knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and strong customer-oriented and organizational skills.
