Eccera is hiring Onsite Technicians for several consulting assignments in the Gothenburg area. The role provides onsite technical support to users, troubleshooting computers, peripherals, and software; installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment; managing user accounts and permissions; documenting cases; and collaborating with other IT functions. Candidates need at least two years of IT support or similar technical experience, knowledge of Windows and client management, troubleshooting experience, and good spoken and written Swedish. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, user permissions, ticketing systems, and a Category B driver's license are preferred.
