ShipBob is hiring an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Jackson, New Jersey to monitor and complete inventory control activities for merchants at partner fulfillment centers. The role performs cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, root-cause analysis, physical location checks, merchant-request resolution, and weekly performance reporting, while ensuring product safety and compliance. It requires at least two years of ICQA experience in a third-party logistics or warehousing environment, warehouse management system proficiency, independent on-site work, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. The position offers a base salary of $50,000, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, paid leave, a 401(k) match, and discretionary bonus eligibility.
