Description
The Railway OPC role leads the organization, planning, and coordination of railway construction projects from preparation through site delivery. Responsibilities include developing work schedules, coordinating technical, operational, and safety interfaces, managing meetings and progress reports, handling operational contingencies, supporting testing and acceptance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. The position requires a relevant engineering or technical qualification and at least five years of OPC or railway construction management experience, and is available in Île-de-France, Marseille, or Bordeaux with possible partial remote work.
