Description
Genevia Technologies is seeking experienced Senior Bioinformaticians to lead custom omics data analysis workflows for customers, perform analyses, present results, and support academic publications. The role can be fully remote in a European timezone or based at the company’s headquarters in Tampere, Finland. Candidates should have post-doctoral research experience, relevant publications, omics data analysis expertise, bioinformatics workflow skills in Bash, R, or Python within an HPC environment, and strong science communication and English skills. Additional expertise is required depending on the cancer genomics, single-cell, proteomics/metabolomics, or epigenomics profile.
