Lockheed Martin is hiring an OpenCPI Lead Software Engineer at its Gloucester site to lead the development, integration, testing, and optimization of software-defined radio and RF systems using the OpenCPI framework. The role includes system design, technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, client and stakeholder consultation, and innovation using AI/ML and hybrid cloud environments. Candidates need significant OpenCPI development experience, strong RF and software-defined radio expertise, digital signal processing and embedded systems knowledge, and proficiency in C/C++, VHDL, and Python. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain eDV security clearance and offers hybrid work options where possible.
