Flow Factor is hiring an Opener to make initial contact with potential customers by phone, cold-call small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region, qualify inbound leads, advise prospects, schedule strategy-consultant appointments, support consultants, and maintain CRM contacts. The role welcomes career changers and requires persuasive communication, structured-process discipline, strong German writing, and a professional telephone voice. It offers €4,000 gross per month, a 2–4 month onboarding period, and remote-friendly working conditions.
