Flow Factor is hiring an Opener to make initial outbound and inbound contact with small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region, qualify prospects, advise them, schedule strategy-consultant appointments, support consultants, and maintain CRM contacts. The role is remote-friendly, offers €4,000 gross per month, and welcomes career changers with no prior sales experience. Candidates should be persuasive, articulate, quick learners, disciplined, strong communicators, and fluent in written German.
