Description
The role operates and maintains various construction and agricultural machinery, including excavators, loaders, motor graders, backhoes, tractors, compactors, and chainsaws, performing excavation, trenching, leveling, soil compaction, material removal, and related field work. The operator follows specialized instructions, maintains safety and equipment, reports malfunctions, and participates in company training and safety programs. The position requires at least 6–12 months of experience, a recognized field-operator course, and a minimum of three months of machine-operation training.
