Description
This is a two-year apprenticeship program called the Operating Associate role at Astra Service Partners. It focuses on continuous improvement methodologies, operational problem-solving, and business literacy. Candidates will travel extensively across various operating companies in the U.S., territories, and Canada, spending roughly 50-70% of their time on-site. They will learn from senior leaders, participate in real-world operational improvements, and gradually assume coaching responsibilities. The program aims to develop individuals into future leaders within Astra Operating Companies.
