Description
Regions Hospital is hiring an Operating Engineer for a full-time, 40-hour weekly night-shift role. The position performs approximately 85% building maintenance and 15% operating procedures for high-pressure boilers, chillers, air conditioning, electrical, compressed air, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment across the hospital campus, including troubleshooting and repairs. Candidates must have the required Minnesota First Class B engineer license or a qualifying apprenticeship, a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and three years of relevant experience; a Second Class B license with one year of experience is also listed as a provisional path. Compensation is $48.56 per hour for First Class B license holders, with applicable shift and weekend differentials, and benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401K match, disability insurance, fertility coverage, and tuition reimbursement.
