Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, including work shaping business strategy, organisational design, customer analysis, technology effectiveness, data-driven problem solving, and preferably experience in public sector, health, transport, or energy and utilities organisations. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office or on a client site.
