Unusual Ventures is hiring an Operating Partner to lead its Founder Services and Platform teams. The role owns the day-to-day operations, people, priorities, and quality standards; directs talent, go-to-market, marketing, events, content, and customer-introduction resources; and helps founders at any stage with recruiting, go-to-market, customers, narrative, and coverage. The partner will also help shape repeatable founder-support programs and raise the standard for value-add venture support.
