Description
The Operating Principal will own and drive projects and initiatives across three markets, with Sunny Lisbon as the home base and regular travel to other locations. The role focuses on setting goals, developing strategic plans, delivering measurable outcomes, managing projects from conception to completion, identifying bottlenecks, building and coaching teams, improving processes, and accelerating organizational growth. Candidates should be ambitious, proactive, analytical, self-motivated, organized, fluent in English, and hold an EU work permit; industry experience is not required.
