Description
The Operating Room Nurse Manager supports the Surgery Center Clinical Manager by supervising staff, managing operating-room and sterile-processing staffing and supplies, coordinating patient care, monitoring performance and attendance, and assisting with quality, infection-control, and regulatory programs. The role requires post-secondary nursing training, three years of operating-room nursing experience, supervisory experience, a current Tennessee RN license or multi-state compact RN license, and BLS and ACLS certification; PALS is preferred.
